Anton Lazzaro is just the latest Trump-era Republican arrested on child sex charges.

Does Trump hang out with anyone who’s not a pedophile?

Back in May, in an article headlined “GOP: Gang of Pedophiles,” I highlighted some of the names on what continues to be a growing list of Republican child rapists, sex traffickers, pedophile enablers and child porn offenders.

It’s almost as if, in the age of Trump, “Christian conservatives” decided en masse that electing a self-confessed serial sex predator to the Presidency had given them all a green-light to emulate their Dear Leader’s behavior toward pre-teens, family members and “deeply troubled teens.”

Today brought news of another arrest.

As the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Minnesota said in a press release, prominent GOP strategist Anton Lazzaro was “arrested and indicted on federal sex trafficking charges for allegedly recruiting six minor victims to engage in commercial sex acts.”

As Raw Story reports, “Lazzaro, who has appeared on Fox News… was known for showing off his wealthy and lavish lifestyle on social media.”

Like alleged sex trafficker Matt Gaetz before him, the brash Lazzaro has used his Fox News appearances to aggressively promote and ingratiate himself to Donald Trump. He has not only been photographed with Trump and former VP Mike Pence, but also other prominent Republicans, including Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) and former Gov. Bobby Jindal (R-LA).

In a week when prominent Republicans went all out in slamming New York Governor Andrew Cuomo, who resigned this week following multiple allegations of sexual harassment, GOP Leaders are, once again, notably silent in denouncing the pedophiles in their midst.

Mitt Romney’s hypocritical niece Ronna McDaniel, chair of the RNC, continues to look the other way, as determinedly as Congressman “Gym Jordan” did in his days as a wrestling coach at Ohio State.

Meanwhile, alleged child rapists Donald Trump and Matt Gaetz are still actively fundraising from the GOP’s supposedly “family values” donors, most of whom appear to be unconcerned by the predatory behavior now rampant in their party.
